DESCRIPTION:Celebrating and supporting female entrepreneurs across the South Coast! \nThe Female Entrepreneurs Network offers both current and aspiring women in business a forum to come together and hear real stories of successful business women working in the region. It also serves to offer support for those thinking of starting a venture and those in the early stages of developing their company. \nThis month we will be doing 60 second pitches! \nFollowing on from our January session where Stella from Gooseberry Planet gave some top tips for pitching you business\, this session will be all about getting to know other members of the network and giving you a chance to practice your pitch! \nAlongside our normal networking and nibbles\, everyone will be given the chance to give a 60 second ‘elevator’ pitch for their business. Not only will this allow you to practice your pitch\, but you can promote your business to the group and get to know your fellow members a bit better! \nRefreshments: \nAs usual\, light refreshments will be provided. If you specify dietary requirements a named pack will be provided for you. \nVenue: \nWe are very pleased to be in the Purple Door Careers Centre on Guildhall Walk. \nClick here for a map. \nTravel and Parking \nPurple Door is a 5 minute walk from Portsmouth and Southsea station. Parking is available in the University car parks for £2 after 5 pm or in the pay and display on Alec Rose Lane.
