Most business owners set goals.
Very few still care about them by February. 🫣
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they lack motivation.
And not because the goals were “too ambitious”.
They stall because the process is broken.
Too vague.
Too fluffy.
Too disconnected from how small businesses actually operate – day to day, week to week, under real pressure.
If any of this feels familiar:
- You start the year fired up… then momentum fades fast
- tried vision boards, affirmations, planners, and “new year, new me” hype
- felt constantly “busy” but not actually moving forward
- walked into January thinking “I should be further along by now”
Then this workshop was built for you.
This is a space to slow down, get honest, and leave with a 12-month direction that actually sticks.
Why This Works (When Most Planning Doesn’t)
Most planning frameworks assume:
- unlimited energy
- stable weeks
- perfect focus
Real businesses don’t work like that.
This workshop takes a more honest approach.
We combine:
- structured, practical planning
- a clear view of where you are now
- and a light lens on timing and cycles, so effort matches reality
That means your plan isn’t just ambitious — it’s appropriate.
Aggressive where it should be.
Measured where it needs to be.
And far more likely to be followed through.
No one-size-fits-all goals.
No forcing momentum at the wrong time.
Just clarity and direction that fits you.
What This Workshop Is Really About
The 12-Month Leap is a hands-on, small-group workshop (just 8 people) where you’ll:
- Strip your goals back to the truth
What do you actually want?
Not the “professional answer”, not the “should”, not the noise.
The real thing.
- Turn your big vision into something you canactually execute
We’ll translate your year-long ambition into your next 90-day plan with steps that fit your actual business life, not some fantasy version of it.
- Build a rhythm you can sustain
No burnout.
No heroic effort.
No disappearing motivation by week three.
- Walk out with your Q1 2026 plan done
Clear, specific, doable, so it doesn’t turn into another scramble.
Who This Is For
This is ideal for:
- small business owners and founders
- consultants and freelancers
- coaches and service providers
- solopreneurs wearing far too many hats
If you want the next 12 months to feel intentional, structured, and genuinely energising – this is your room.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of the session, you will have:
✓ A clear, honest picture of what you really want from your next 12 months
✓ A clear 2026 mission broken into quarterly projects.
✓ Your full Q1 2026 plan finished
✓ A simple way to track progress without overwhelm
✓ A decision-making filter to stop overthinking and stay focused
This session is designed so you cannot leave unclear.
