2026 is now in full swing, as we move rapidly into February and the beginnings of Spring (we hope!). Why not put aside half a morning of your time and come to our BASE Connect free networking event. If you’re looking to meet new contacts, spark collaborations, or just recharge your energy, this is the place to be.
Join us on Friday 13th February, 10:00 to 12:00 for BASE Connect Networking at BASE Bordon. It’s free, friendly, and full of local business owners who want to help each other grow.
Why come along:
☕ Meet real business owners and decision-makers, not card collectors
🤝 No sales pitches, no pressure, just genuine conversations
🥐 Coffee, pastries, and a relaxed morning that could spark your next big idea
This month our event is being sponsored by Sandler, and Paul Glynn will be talking about the essential art of Asking for Referrals. Many businesses claim to work mostly on a referral basis, so logically asking for referrals should be second nature. Why isn’t that the case? How can you pro-actively increase your flow of referrals? Paul will be sharing 10 minutes of valuable training on how to go about asking for referrals. Sandler is one of the world’s leading sales training companies and Paul helps local organisations of all sizes to increase their revenue.
As usual, the event will be hosted by David Payne, our Centre Manager, and Michael Gordeev our Business Support Manager. We are looking forward to meeting you and hearing more about your business.
This regular monthly event is always completely free. You are welcome to bring a colleague or friend if you like – the more local connections, the better.
These events consistently bring together brilliant people from all sectors – service providers, trades, creatives, consultants, founders, and professionals. If you’ve been meaning to connect with the local business scene, this is your chance.
See you next Friday! – Team BASE Bordon
