Spring has sprung and the clocks have gone forwards, so we are all benefitting from lighter evenings and longer days. Now we just need a little more warmth and it will be our first Indian Summer of 2026. With all the negative pressures in the world at the moment, why not take a break and come over to our BASE Connect free networking event. If you’re looking to meet new contacts, spark collaborations, have great conversations, enjoy helping others, or just need to recharge your energy batteries, you cannot choose a better place to be.
Join us on Friday 17th April, 10:00 to 12:00 for BASE Connect Networking at BASE Bordon. It’s free, everyone is friendly, and the room will be full of local business owners who want to help each other grow. And yes, we do normally hold this event on the second Friday of each month, but the Easter Bunny took our usual slot!

FAQ
Is the networking free? – Yes it is completely free and always will be, we want to make networking accessible to all and for local businesses to connect no matter what their size.
Is there somewhere to park? – yes, there are plenty of parking spaces in front and behind the building (go past reception and carry on round to the right and behind the building). If the car park is full please use the Phoenix Theatre car park at at the end of the road.
Will there be refreshments? – yes there will be snacks and refreshments available.
I have never been networking before and am a little nervous – please let us know if this is the case and we will make sure to greet you and introduce you to a couple of people to get you started, or you can start off in the quiet corner.
I can only come for some of the time – that is absolutely fine, you don’t have to stay for the full 2 hours, just turn up when you can, and leave when you want to.
Can I bring a friend? – yes the more the merrier – just make sure they also register so we know how many people are coming as the meeting is limited to 45 people.
If I change my mind on the day is that okay? – yes we absolutely understand that things come up, so just let us know via email and register for next month’s instead.
