What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
BASE Innovation Centre has a large, free car park for you to use.
Do I bring a laptop to the event?
You can bring your laptop or tablet device. There will be workbooks and module documentation for you to take away though which fully outlines all the training given. You will also be given access to a list of resources to help you implement the training.

What’s the refund policy?
Full refund of you cannot attend and give us 7 days notice. If you cancel within 7 days of the event it is a 50% refund policy. However if you come and do not believe it was worth the investment then you will receive a 100% refund same day.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes please, but you can always show us your emailed ticket or receipt too
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, but please email support@mistermetric.com and tell us the name of the new person who will be attending so we can make sure they are on the guest list.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes, that’s fine, we realise that some businesses may pay for a member of staff to attend.
