Team & Board Meetings

Our two meeting rooms, Knox and Foley, are designed to accommodate small to medium gatherings in a comfortable and contemporary setting. Knox is suitable for up to 6 people, and Foley for up to 16. With experienced centre staff, fast WiFi, smartboards and TV projectors,  everything you need to make your meeting run smoothly is taken care of. Catering and refreshments are available on request.


Conferences & Events

Be proud to host your next event at BASE. Our inspiring, newly regenerated space is ideal for product launches, conferences and company socials, with staging, professional lighting and AV equipment available to order. The space includes convenient on-site car parking and is easily accessible from the M3, A3 and A31.

*Interactive whiteboards are included in all meeting rooms, but must be requested if required for use in the Business Lounge. All meeting room bookings include Wi-Fi access. Additional costs apply for tea, coffee water and catering packages. The Business Lounge can be taken from 9am - 5pm weekdays. All rates exclude VAT.
