At BASE Bordon Innovation Centre, we understand that first impressions really matter. Whether you’re organising a client meeting or video conference call, BASE provides a safe and productive environment, with all the equipment and facilities to make your meeting a success, both online and offline.
Team & board meetings
Our two meeting rooms, Knox and Foley, are designed to accommodate small to medium gatherings in a spacious and comfortable setting. With experienced centre staff, fast Wi-fi, smartboards and TV projectors, everything you need to make your meeting run smoothly and safely is taken care of. Catering and refreshments available on request.
Virtual meetings
It’s not always possible to meet in person, but a good impression is still important, even over video call. Our meeting rooms are fitted with teleconferencing equipment so you can impress - whether online or in person.

*Interactive whiteboards are included in all meeting rooms, but must be requested if required for use in the Business Lounge. All meeting room bookings include Wi-Fi access. Additional costs apply for tea, coffee water and catering packages. The Business Lounge can be taken from 9am - 5pm weekdays. All rates exclude VAT.
