This workshop, essential to all businesses, is delivered by Scirum Ltd.
Who is the audience?
Pre-start, start-up, and scale-ups looking to maintain control, grow and get the business investor ready

- An introduction to corporate governance and its importance at each stage of a start-up business
- The important factors of leadership, effectiveness, accountability, remuneration and stakeholder engagement which every successful business should understand
