Find the real bottleneck before you waste more time on the wrong fix.
You may not have a lead problem, a sales problem, or a marketing problem.
You may have a diagnosis problem.
A lot of business owners keep pushing on the visible issue:
more leads, better marketing, stronger sales, more visibility, better time management.
Sometimes that is the right focus.
Often, it is not.
What looks like a lead problem may be weak positioning.
What looks like a sales problem may be an unclear offer or a loose sales process.
What looks like a marketing problem may be a trust, clarity or differentiation problem.
What looks like a time problem may be poor prioritisation.
When you are inside the business every day, it is hard to see that clearly.
That is what this clinic is for.
What this is
A live small-group business clinic for owners who want to pressure-test a real challenge and work out what actually needs fixing.
Not a networking breakfast.
Not a motivational session.
Not a broad workshop full of ideas.
A working room for real business issues.
Why attend
Because in a small business, solving the wrong problem is expensive.
It costs time, energy, attention and momentum.
Sometimes it costs money spent on the wrong activity entirely.
This clinic helps you step back, challenge assumptions, and make a better decision about what to focus on next.
What happens in the room
With a maximum of 8 attendees, the session stays focused and relevant.
Each person brings a real issue.
We identify patterns.
We unpack what may be sitting underneath the problem.
Then we work through the issues one by one.
You get:
- direct commercial input
- challenge on assumptions
- outside perspective
- practical next actions
- insight from others facing similar constraints
What you’ll leave with
- a clearer view of the real bottleneck
- a better sense of what not to keep spending effort on
- one or two sharper priorities
- practical next actions to test
- a more useful path forward
Not more notes.
A better decision.

FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. The clinic is free to attend.
What sort of problem should I bring?
Anything commercially relevant that feels stuck, unclear, inefficient or harder than it should be. That may relate to positioning, offer, leads, conversion, sales process, visibility, focus, priorities or growth direction.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No deck. No formal prep. Just come ready to explain the problem you want to work on.
Will this still be useful if I am not early-stage?
Yes. This is relevant for both early-stage and established small business owners. The key is whether you have a real issue worth pressure-testing.
Can I come if I mainly want to listen?
Only if you are still prepared to engage. The value of the room depends on active participation.
Can I bring someone?
Yes, but they need their own place.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available on site.
