BASE Bordon company JMA HR & Legal is one of the founding partners behind a new recognition scheme for Hampshire businesses, Top Workplaces.

Owner Joanna Atkinson is passionate about workplaces that value and motivate employees and will be one of the judges to reward achievements in areas such as employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, philanthropy and career development opportunities.

Joanna says, “We have set up a very simple online entry process to encourage as many relevant organisations in the county to enter. We believe that being selected for the Top Workplaces in Hampshire 2020 list will provide organisations with the opportunity to showcase their strengths as an employer –it’s an accolade that will not only motivate their existing employees but will also help them to attract the very best candidates when recruiting.”

The deadline for applications is 21 February and the final list will be unveiled at an awards reception at the BASE Bordon Innovation Centre on 30 April 2020.
